Squash coaching at Teddington

The squash coaching at Teddington Sports Centre is a drop in session in which you can learn, brush up on old skills, or simply just practice before sweating it out in a weekly round robin tournament.

Squash is a great game whatever age you are. The better you get the more you enjoy it and squash coaching is the fastest way to achieve your potential.

We will teach you to learn the correct way to hold a racket, arm position, body position and movement, the approach and swing for each type of shot, rules and safety and of course tactics.

You will also be encouraged to improve your fitness and court speed.

Squash coaching is available for anyone aged 16 years+ on Monday 7.00-8.00pm. This is followed by a Squash Social session 8.00-9.45pm.

Why is swimming good for you?

New spin class at Shene Sports & Fitness Centre

Spinning is a fun aerobic workout using stationary bikes and motivating music. If your goals include weight loss, improving cardiovascular performance and endurance or strengthening and toning your legs, then this class is for you. Spinning is suitable for all fitness levels from complete beginners to elite athletes. This class is also ideal for participants looking for a high energy workout with very low impact on the joints.

Orleans Park Sports Centre is located at Orleans Park School in Twickenham and offers a great choice of junior courses.
