The warmer weather is here! Now is the time to start thinking about feeling good for summer.

Are you in shape? How fit and healthy do you feel? Here at Feel Good Fitness we can help! Why not pop along to our Open Day, members and non-members welcome.

Don’t forget there’s still time to book onto one of our summer term sports courses or sign up for our Swim School.

Gymnastics course at Whitton

Gymnastics is great for developing co-ordination, balance and fitness as well as giving a real sense of achievement.

Join in one of the most popular sports in the UK. Our gymnastics classes at Whitton Sports & Fitness Centre will introduce your child to a range of exciting activities from floor work to vaulting.

We have new classes available on Thursdays:
5-6yrs 5.00-6.00pm
7-8yrs 6.00-7.00pm
9+yrs 7.00-8.00pm

Courses are also available on Mondays.

Come along to our Open Day

We want everyone to enjoy what Feel Good Fitness has to offer so why not bring your friends and family along to Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre on Wednesday 25 April from 12noon-8.30pm for our fantastic member day.

There’s something for everyone including:

Free swim for non-members 4.00-6.00pm

Free use of gym for non-members (must be accompanied by a member and a mini induction is required)

Free Fitness Testing in the gym 12noon-8.00pm

Free Spinning classes for non-members*
12noon and 6.00pm

Free Outdoor Bootcamp taster sessions for non-members*
7.30-8.00pm and 8.00-8.30pm

Free Outdoor Running Technique Workshop for non-members*
6.30-7.30pm

Please note that Hampton Sports & Fitness Centre will also be offering FREE Yoga* (7pm) and Spinning* (8pm) classes to non-members on Wednesday 25 April, subject to availability.

Last chance to book on our Swim School

Our Swim School at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre and Pools on the Park has now started but we do have some spaces still available.

Courses range from adult and child, pre-school, junior through to adults.

Try our Running Technique Workshop

Join in our 5k outdoor running challenge on the streets and in the parks of Teddington.

These sessions are led by one of our passionate and motivating instructors and will include an initial warm up and mobility exercises before a 5k run, which the instructor will lead the pace to be maintained. After the run the focus will switch to leg and abdominal exercises.

This class is for those who have previously run outdoors and are looking for extra motivation and advice and for those looking to improve their times. There will be different routes and sessions each week.

Participants must wear suitable clothing and footwear for outdoor running.

Running technique workshop is available on Thursdays from 6.00-7.00pm

Please note that this class will be weather permitting and at the discretion of the instructor.
