Bookings are now being taken for our autumn courses. So why not book a sports course today.

There’s a wide range of junior and adult courses to choose from including ballet, trampolining, karate, gymnastics, taekwondo, badminton, judo, roller skating, street dance, basketball, football, tennis and squash.

Courses are available at Shene Sports & Fitness Centre, Hampton Sports & Fitness Centre, Whitton Sports & Fitness Centre and Teddington Sports Centre.

Adult swimming courses – we’ll teach you to swim

Many adults would like to learn to swim given the right opportunity. Swimming is an excellent form of low impact exercise with many health benefits including weight loss, muscle toning and cardiorespiratory improvement. It’s also good fun.

At Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre we have a range of adult lessons designed for varying abilities. It’s never too late to learn to swim. From lessons for the complete beginner who lacks water confidence to lessons for competent swimmers who want to improve their technique. Feel Good Swim School has it all!

We understand that you may feel embarrassed or nervous about taking swimming lessons as an adult but please don’t feel like you’re the only one.

We offer 13 week courses for beginners, intermediate or advanced swimmers.  Our next term will start w/c 11 September and you can book your place now.

Jump off the beam and tumble your way across the mat

Join in one of the most popular sports in the UK. Our gymnastics classes at Hampton Sports & Fitness Centre will introduce your child to a range of exciting activities from floor work to vaulting. Gymnastics is great for developing co-ordination, balance and fitness as well as giving a real sense of achievement.

Classes are available:
9.00-10.00am 5-6yrs beginners
10.00-11.00am 7-8yrs intermediate
11.00-12noon 9+yrs advanced

Judo for kids – new time at Whitton

If you’re looking for a way to encourage your children to take more physical exercise its worth considering a martial arts class designed for youngsters.

Each course is fun but also educational. It will allow children to develop physical fitness, balance and physical coordination as well as mental, emotional and moral awareness.

Confidence and self-esteem will be enhanced as children progress through the grading system as each grade or goal is always realistic and achievable.

New fitness classes available at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre

Our new programme starts here at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre on Monday 4 September so why not try one of our new fitness classes?

Body Pump™ 1.00-1.45pm on Tuesdays.
This is a total barbell workout for anyone looking to lose weight, improve strength, get lean and toned. In this class you will use light to moderate weights with high repetitions, making all your large muscle groups work hard and perform.

Zumba 8.30-9.30am on Wednesdays.
Zumba is a fun and exciting dance class! It is a fusion of Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves. If you like to dance whilst having fun this class is ideal for you.
