Come along to our RISE summer spectacular open day this weekend

Come along and try a range of inclusive and disability specific sports at our RISE (Richmond Inclusive Sports & Exercise) Summer Spectacular Open Day on Saturday 22 July!
This free open day will take place from 10am to 3pm at Teddington Sports Centre, Teddington School, Broom Road, Teddington, TW11 9PJ.  Activities include yoga, dance, multi-sports, football, tennis, wheelchair basketball and dragon boating.  A timetable is available on our website please click here or click here to download our flyer.

Most of our regular weekly RISE activities have now stopped for the summer holidays but will resume in September.  However, we will be running “pay as you go” RISE canoeing sessions throughout the holidays every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 24 July – 1 September, 4.30 – 6.30pm.  These are fun sessions at the Lensbury Watersports Centre in Teddington led by experienced coaches and provide an opportunity to try different canoes and kayaks.  Participants learn different strokes and skills and build up their confidence on the water through drills and games.
