Summer RISE activities

RISE ( Richmond Inclusive Sports and Exercise) promotes inclusive and disability specific sport and exercise activities in the borough for children, young people and adults.

RISE continues to run their regular activities, including Multi-Sports, Football, Dance & Drama, Trampolining, Gym and Swimming, throughout our Sports & Fitness Centres.

In addition to these activities, we have two new exciting classes – Adult Yoga and Rugby.

Adult Yoga starts on Thursday 19 May, 7.00-8.00pm, at Hampton Sports & Fitness Centre and will run as a progressive 5 week course.

Two Rugby sessions (run by Harlequins Foundation coaches) are being offered for 14-18 year olds and over 18's, starting on 6 June at Teddington Sports Centre, under 14-18's 5.30-6.30pm, over 18s 6.30-7.30pm. These sessions will run weekly.
