Wake up and work out with one of our spin studio classes. A great workout clears everything up mentally, physically and you’ll just have a better day.

Spinning is the great indoor cycle workout. Its great exercise; amazing fun, with brilliant music and a group atmosphere that lets you maintain individual control over your own workout.

All classes are instructor led, low impact, will burn more calories than other fitness classes and are simple to follow.

Classes are always taken at each individual’s own pace. Everyone can train together and each rider controls how hard they ride and no one will know how much resistance you have on your bike.

Do I have to be a member to take part? No! We offer pay as you go bundles. These allow you to pay for just one session or a pack of 10, 20 or 30 sessions.
