Shape up for summer at Teddington Sports Centre

Choose the classes that are right for you…come along to Teddington Sports Centre, join in the fun and take the first step to a new, fitter and healthier you!

Zumba is one of the most popular group fitness classes in the world. Why? Because it’s great fun! Each class combines dance moves inspired by samba, salsa, mambo and hip hop with classic moves from aerobics to martial arts, leaving you with a unique workout guaranteed to break a sweat and raise a smile.
Monday 7.30-8.30pm
Saturday 10.30-11.30am

Enhance your mind, body and soul. One of the most popular forms of exercise, Pilates can help get your core and the rest of your body back into shape.
Tuesday 8.00-9.00pm Intermediate/advanced

This class teaches all different aspects of technique, whether you want to take up ballet as a serious skill, brush up on your technique, learn new and exciting routines or just want to get fit and have fun. Come and do a class that will make you move like a professional ballerina.
Wednesday 8.00-9.00pm


This is the perfect class if you need to de-stress and relax. Our yoga class ensures that the mind and the body take time out to forget any stresses, making our class a vital drop in point for those of you who endure heavy and tiring days..
Thursday 7.30-8.45pm

Stretch and tone
Stretch and tone is a combination of Pilates and yoga with an element of stretching. Using your body weight to increase muscle tone and stretching to increase flexibility.
Saturday 9.30-10.30am
