Pilates
This class focuses on co-ordination and relaxation using slow flowing movements. Developed to work specifically on training the core postural muscles improving both strength and flexibility.
Pilates is available:
Thursday 8.00-9.00pm

Yoga
Yoga is one of the most widely practiced of spiritual disciplines. The postures used in Yoga have been developed over thousands of years. It encourages relaxation and the posture work can alleviate back pain as well as improving circulation.
Yoga is available:
Hatha Flow Yoga Tuesday 8.10-9.10pm
Hatha Yoga Thursday 7.00-8.00pm
