Dance and get fit at Shene

Our new fitness class programme at Shene Sports & Fitness Centre is starting soon and there’s a wide range of classes for all fitness levels.

Our energetic and enthusiastic instructors will help you get fit and have fun at the same time!

Why not try our Dance and Fitness class. Learn fun dance routines to upbeat music in this energetic exercise class. It’s an aerobic, fat-burning workout that tones the whole body and is guaranteed to make you look and feel great! The class takes place on Wednesdays from 8.00-9.00pm.

Or come along and try our great new Body Conditioning class. It’s a work out to help tone, strengthen and re-shape your body. Using a combination of hand weights, resistance bands, body bars and steps we will help you create the perfect sculpture.
Body Conditioning takes place on Tuesday from 7.00-8.00pm with our popular instructor Margaret.
