Dust off the leg warmers….Aerobics is back!
After the recent craze of Zumba and other similar classes we feel its time to re-introduce the original CV fitness class. That’s right Aerobics is back! So join us as we incorporate all your favourite steps like the Grapevine or Charleston in this retro fitness class.
Classes run on Tuesdays from 7.00-8.00pm.

Goodbye Tuesday – hello Wednesday
This September we have removed Spinning from our Tuesday evening fitness programme and slotted it in on a Wednesday evening. That means all you hard core spinners can now take our Monday class, have a days rest and come back for another great workout on Wednesday.
Remember spaces on our Spinning sessions are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.

Other classes available include zumba, circuits, yoga, boxercise, body conditioning and Pilates.
