Want to kick start your fitness routine? Looking for some guidance and support? Then why not book in for a re-programme today.

Why do you need a re-programme?

• It acts as an update of your progress and you will clearly see the increase in weights you are able to lift and the decreases in heart rate.

• You’ll receive feedback and advice from our fitness team. This may be to increase your weights or simply to check you are ok and getting on well.

• It will allow us to make sure you are being challenged during every session!

• It won’t cost you anything, you can update your programme when and as often as you like.

• You will receive a FREE Feel Good Fitness t-shirt after 14, 50 and 100 workouts if you continue completing your programme card.
