Our new fitness class programmes across all of our Feel Good Fitness centres is start soon!

There’s a wide range of classes for all fitness levels including Fit Camp, Pilates, Body Flex, Yoga, Spinning, Circuits, Legs, Bums and Tums, Zumba, Body Attack™ and Stretch and Tone.

Whether you want to lose weight, increase muscle tone, stay fit or just have some fun then Feel Good Fitness is the place to be. Our energetic and enthusiastic instructors will help you get fit and have fun at the same time!
