Advanced Spinning with Carin 8.00-8.45pm
This class is aimed at those participants that want a harder challenge than the general level spin class.
Running Technique with Eduardo 6.00-7.00pm
Led by one of our passionate and motivating Instructors this class will include exercises and drills to improve running technique. It’s based outdoors within the gated area of the park just behind the swimming pool.
Bootcamp with Niall/Sam 9.30-10.30am
This outdoor fitness class includes body or free weight exercises, boxing, battle ropes, circuits, partner work and team games. There’s something for everyone. It’s fun and motivational but without the military shouting!
LoYo Core with Stuart 12.15-1.15pm
A low impact, weighted cardio workout, followed by strength training, core conditioning and deep stretching using a variety of Yoga poses and Pilates exercises. This class is suitable for the 50+participant.
Hype Dance Fit with Anna 8.15-9.15am
This class is a vibrant blend of edgy street dance and high-energy fitness for individuals who love music and want to have fun whilst having a work out.
Bass Box with Anna 10.15-11.15am
This is a pad work class to garage and drum’n’bass with easy to follow combinations based around a cardio and toning workout for the first half and a HIIT principle for the second half. Not suitable for complete beginners.
