Take part in our RISE activities

RISE continues to run regular activities throughout our sports & fitness centres, including: Multi-Sports, Football, Trampolining, Yoga, Fusion Dance & Drama, Junior Fusion Dance, Gym and Swimming.

The Yoga class on Thursdays, 7.00-8.00pm, at Hampton Sports & Fitness Centre has a small, regular group of participants with mixed abilities. The yoga teacher, Poppy, is friendly, encouraging and attentive. Her exercises are adapted to suit individuals and aim to improve flexibility and inner strength.
