New fitness class programme and Shene Sports & Fitness Centre

Our new revised fitness class programme at Shene Sports & Fitness Centre will start on Monday 3 April.

There’s a wide range of classes for all fitness levels including Spinning, Body Pump™, Yoga, Pilates, Stretch and Tone, Tabata and Body Conditioning.

Our energetic and enthusiastic instructors will help you get fit and have fun at the same time!
