London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames

Are you an existing Pools on the Park member?

As you may already be aware the management of Pools on the Park will transfer from Springhealth Leisure to the London Borough Richmond on Monday 4 April 2016. Both London Borough of Richmond and Springhealth Leisure are working hard to ensure the transfer is as smooth as possible.

Are there going to be any changes from 4 April 2016?
You will see the same staff wearing new uniforms; there will be some refurbishment works to the reception area and an investment of over &100,000 on new fitness equipment including new spin bikes.

What will happen to my current membership?
As part of the transfer we ask that all existing direct debit members visit Pools on the Park to complete a new direct debit form if they wish to continue their membership at Pools on the Park with us. No joining fee will be charged for existing members. This form must be completed by 15/04/2016. Your last payment to Springhealth will be on 1 April 2016, which will be a pro-rata payment. If you transfer your membership we will require our 28 April 2016 payment to be made when you complete the direct debit form and the first direct debit we will collect will be on 28 May 2016.

If you have an existing Annual paid up front membership, we will be honouring these and your membership will continue until its current expiry date. We will then contact you prior to your renewal date.

Should your account be suspended at present due to illness or injury, please contact us to arrange your return and to ensure a direct debit form is completed.

How can I complete a direct debit form?
Please come and visit a member of the Feel Good Fitness staff who will be located in the café at Pools on the Park. Our friendly staff will help you complete the form and provide you with any additional information that you need. Staff will be available at Pools on the Park from 14 March 2016.

Will there be any closures?
Some refurbishment works will be taking place and closures will be necessary. The planned closures at present are listed below:
