New fitness classes available at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre

Our new programme has just started here at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre so why not try one of our new fitness classes?

Pilates, 8.30-9.30am on Tuesdays.
Enhance your mind, body and soul with Pilates. One of the most popular forms of exercise, Pilates can help get your core and the rest of your body back into shape.
Popular? Yes, everybody’s doing it, so why don’t you come along and experience what all the fuss is all about.
Just what can Pilates do for you, you ask? Well it can:
• Strengthen your core and improve your posture.
• Improve your flexibility and balance.
• Enhance your mental wellbeing and allow you to temporarily forget about the stresses of life. 
Spin, 11.30am on Fridays.
Saddle up, blast the music and get your heart pumping. Try our classes and spinning will get you addicted to sweaty workouts!
Spinning is suitable for all fitness levels from complete beginners to elite athletes. This class is also ideal for participants looking for a high energy workout with very low impact on the joints.
Spinning is a great, fun way to get into shape with high energy music and extreme calorie burn. All good reasons to spin!
