Punch your way to fitness

Boxercise is an effective form of cross training that incorporates a combination of boxing movements and aerobics. This makes for a fun alternative and also improves rhythm, coordination as well as burning calories.

The class uses punch combinations, pad work and boxing specific moves to improve cardiovascular fitness and tone muscles.

Our new Boxercise classes are available at Shene Sports & Fitness Centre and start w/c 16 April:
Mondays 8.00-9.00pm 
Saturdays 9.00-10.00am 

With over 50 great classes per week, Shene Sports & Fitness Centre will keep you motivated and feeling good!

Don’t forget if you’re a direct debit member then all of our fitness classes are free and Gold, Corporate and Student members can try classes at all of our Feel Good Fitness sites.
