We have a wide range of classes including Pilates for beginners, all levels and intermediate/advanced, Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Yoga for beginners.

With over 50 great classes per week, Shene Sports & Fitness Centre will keep you motivated and feeling good!

Don’t forget if you’re a direct debit member then all of our fitness classes are free and Gold, Corporate and Student members can try classes at all of our Feel Good Fitness sites.
