Why not come along to Shene Sports & Fitness Centre and try our great new Kettlebell class.

Kettlebells give you an intense workout combining strength, flexibility and cardio-training for an exceptional level of overall fitness. There’s no better way to burn fat than with a few high rep sets of kettlebell swings, snatches and clean and jerks.

This new class will run on Tuesday 6:30-7.15pm and Thursday 7.15-8.00pm and starts w/c 16 April.

With over 50 great classes per week, Shene Sports & Fitness Centre will keep you motivated and feeling good!

Don’t forget if you’re a direct debit member then all of our fitness classes are free and Gold, Corporate and Student members can try classes at all of our Feel Good Fitness sites.
