Try our Running Technique Workshop

Join in our 5k outdoor running challenge on the streets and in the parks of Teddington. 

These sessions are led by one of our passionate and motivating instructors and will include an initial warm up and mobility exercises before a 5k run, which the instructor will lead the pace to be maintained. After the run the focus will switch to leg and abdominal exercises. 

This class is for those who have previously run outdoors and are looking for extra motivation and advice and for those looking to improve their times. There will be different routes and sessions each week.

Participants must wear suitable clothing and footwear for outdoor running.

Running technique workshop is available on Thursdays from 6.00-7.00pm

Please note that this class will be weather permitting and at the discretion of the instructor.
