This month we launched our brand new group exercise timetable with a class to suit everybody!

With 50 classes to choose from there's no better way to get fit for summer. Those of you who regularly attend classes will know that training in a group is a fun and social way of getting fit. 

So set yourself a goal this month to try something new and book one of our brand new classes. 

Get into the swing with our kettlebell classes: Swing, lunge, squat and lift your way to a more toned body.

Looking for a fast class that in terms of fitness covers everything? Then try our great new 30 minutes FGF Express classes.

Punch your way to fitness and give Boxercise a go.

Holistic exercise to harmonise the mind and body. Try Yoga and Pilates for peace of mind, a better body and a little bit of calm in a hectic world

Get into Cardio! Cardio training is high energy, fun and focuses on increasing your aerobic ability. With so many classes to choose from why not give them a try
