Our new spring fitness class programmes have just started. There’s a wide range of classes for all fitness levels available at Hampton Sports & Fitness Centre, Teddington Sports Centre and Whitton Sports & Fitness Centre.

Our energetic and enthusiastic instructors will help you get fit and have fun at the same time!

Check out the classes available:

Spinning
Saddle up, blast the music and get your heart pumping. Try our classes and spinning will get you addicted to sweaty workouts!
Spinning is suitable for all fitness levels from complete beginners to elite athletes. This class is also ideal for participants looking for a high energy workout with very low impact on the joints.
It’s a great, fun way to get into shape with high energy music and extreme calorie burn. All good reasons to spin!


Body Flex
A blend of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates that builds strength and flexibility. The class includes a series of controlled stretches, moves and poses to music, with an all-over holistic workout that brings the body into a state of balance.

Circuits
Circuits is a cross training class that is great for developing all-round fitness. Straightforward aerobic and resistance exercises are performed at a series of workstations, creating a fun and challenging workout that is different every time.

Ballet
This class teaches all different aspects of technique, whether you want to take up ballet as a serious skill, brush up on your technique, learn new and exciting routines or just want to get fit and have fun. Come and do a class that will make you move like a professional ballerina.

Zumba
Zumba has been described as “exercise in disguise” as the classes are so much fun you will forget that you are working out!
Zumba is one of the most popular group fitness classes in the world. Why? Because it’s great fun! Each Zumba class combines dance moves inspired by samba, salsa, mambo and hip hop with classic moves from aerobics to martial arts, leaving you with a unique workout guaranteed to break a sweat and raise a smile.

Stretch and Tone
Stretch and tone is a combination of Pilates and Yoga with an element of stretching. Using your body weight to increase muscle tone and stretching to increase flexibility.
